We offer a personal car service for residents who are unable to drive themselves to medical appointments. Such appointments might be at hospitals or nursing homes, medical centres or local surgeries, specialist clinics, opticians, physiotherapists, vaccination centres… the list goes on!

Destination no object! We take people to appointments throughout the West Midlands.

A telephone call to the number below is all that is required. A Good Neighbours coordinator at the other end of the phone will find a driver for you. That driver will then collect you from home, take you to the appointment, wait for you and bring you back.

The cost? We make a small charge to reimburse the driver’s fuel costs.
